CAMPBELL, Calif. — November 15, 2022: Bruviti, the leader in AI-powered predictive service applications, has raised a strategic growth investment of $5 million from the Marcone Group, the largest authorized home-appliance parts distributor in the world. This Series A investment for Bruviti, which until now has been entirely self-funded, positions Bruviti as the de-facto leader in AI-powered triage technology for appliance service and support.
Bruviti transforms vast quantities of technical product information and service know-how into service insights and process automation.
